Save SBM lists to Excel

January 2016
Users of The Schoolbooks Manager - Mallory’s online library for schools can now save their booklists to their computers in Excel format. This innovation will help logged-in users of the SBM to share their list-making with colleagues.

The SBM currently allows users to compile as many lists as they want from the 62,000 school-focused titles - these are held online for further browsing and editing. The lists can be sent to Mallory via the SBM despatch facility - and now they can also be downloaded and amended offline before emailing to Mallory.

The SBM online library here is only available to registered customers. If you are not already a registered customer, please apply to us for a login.

If you have any questions, please get in touch - by chat, phone or email - details above.

Focus Africa now online

November 2015
The online edition of Focus Africa, with 7,000 titles, is now available for our registered customers to use - see the library here.

This special collection, which draws together recent books from African publishers, African authors or on subjects of interest for sub-Saharan Africa, can be searched and browsed to assemble your lists of favourite books. When you are ready, you can send your book lists to Mallory as an order or a request for quote. Why not try it now

In addition to the online Focus Africa database, we have a smaller PDF edition with 360 pages, which can be downloaded here

Both the online library and the PDF version are available to registered customers only - if you are not registered already, please apply to register here.

Throughout the year, we regularly send updates on special African interest titles to our customers. Please email Ulrike Hardinge (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) to be included in the mailing list.

Please note that while we do everything possible to maintain prices through the year, publishers occasionally change them without notice. On many titles we will be able to offer a discount of the listed price, so please contact us for a quote for the titles which interest you.

Of course we can order any available book, not just the ones listed in our catalogue.

Special thanks are due to the sorting team in Malawi, led by Jolyon Hunt (below), who repacked and labelled over half of these books by school.
